Sandra's Art
I painted in oils until my stroke on April 17, 1996. Since then, I have learned to paint with water colors because my right hand (my painting hand) is paralyzed.

"Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte"
I painted this water color from a photograph taken by my brother-in-law while he and my sister were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in Sedona, Arizona. I completed it in 2000 - - in September, I think.

"Reflections Norway"
I painted this water color from a photograph taken by my son while he and his family were vacationing in Norway. The rainbow is reflected in the fjord, and the waterfalls flows into the fjord. In my son's photograph, there were horses with riders on the path that you can faintly see in the upper left hand part of the water color. I left the horses and riders out.

I painted these water colors from a closeup photograph of a glacier. The photograph was taken by Mike when he and his family were in Norway.
